Refund PolicyThank you for your order from Weddingband.Net. All of our wedding rings come with our Benchmark Guarantee.
To ensure the highest quality, all wedding bands are evaluated to exacting standards by specially trained jewelers and quality control personnel. As such, all of our wedding bands are backed with a lifetime guarantee. Please see the warranty cards inside this package. You must register your ring within 30 days of receipt to maintain your Benchmark warranty.

Since your wedding band purchase was made through the internet, any warranty work will need to be shipped to our store. The customer will be responsible for shipping the wedding band to Weddingband.Net and the return shipping via UPS.
We will gladly exchange any ring that is not to your liking . However, we can not make an exchange or return on any item that has been engraved or had a finish added to it.
Should you need to exchange or return your purchase please follow the guidelines below: ¨ All exchanges or returns must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt. ¨ Please call or email Weddingband.Net and receive a return authorization code ¨ This number needs to be marked on the outside of the package ¨ Please include all packaging materials and the unaltered Benchmark warranty card ¨ This shipment must be shipped fully insured, via UPS or US mail
We will notify you once that we receive your package and have processed your return/exchange. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packed will be returned to sender. We will gladly refund the purchase price of the wedding band minus a 15% restocking fee. We will be happy to exchange your unworn, undamaged wedding bands for another style or size. If there is a price difference you will be responsible for that charge. We will credit your credit card if you are owed any funds on the exchange. We can not refund shipping or packaging charges. On an exchange the customer must be responsible for the return shipping via UPS.
